We use your signed-in account identity to keep proposals, private documents, financial assumptions, commercial terms and review history within your workspace and the authorised review desk. New unsaved drafts remain in this browser tab’s session storage until saved or the tab session ends.

Resident and partner enquiries store your account email, name, selected project and message for team follow-up. Sending a request does not subscribe you to marketing. No email is sent automatically by this review platform.

Approved public summaries contain the project name, town / country, summary, land area and control position, permit status, proposed housing mix and selected community features. They exclude detailed address, account email, uploaded documents, full financial assumptions and fee terms.

Pllana Capital transfer requires your separate consent, Cherry approval and accepted publication terms. It transfers your verified account email, project, calculations, commercial quote and review snapshot to the separate Capital intake. Access there is restricted to the verified matching-email account and authorised reviewer. It does not transfer uploaded evidence files; supporting material is supplied separately in Capital’s evidence workspace.

PDF exposés include your entered project information, financial assumptions and commercial status. You choose how to distribute them. Public sharing tools do not automatically publish to social media. Any external websites have their own privacy terms.

Before public launch, the operator must confirm legal-controller details, processing arrangements, retention and deletion schedules and the final privacy notice. For access, correction or deletion, use the contact form.
