A way of living.
A world of belonging.
Cherry Lifestyle brings together the home, nature and the people around you. Our ambition is to make a more connected, thoughtful way of living possible across places and generations — shaped by local culture, climate and community.
Brand, community planning, covenants and partner operating methods support project development. Resident maintenance workflows and home-automation integrations are being developed; they are not presented here as live, universally available software.

The system behind
the way of living.
Home & community
Resident guidance, shared-space standards, neighbourly conduct and a local operating structure.
Care & maintenance
A planned route for preventive care, issue reporting, task tracking and clear service responsibilities.
Home automation
A roadmap for connected comfort, energy awareness and home controls, subject to the selected product and local package.
Covenants & stewardship
A framework for design consistency, common areas, responsibilities and community governance, reviewed against local law.
5P operations
People, Process, Product, Project and Profit connect development and ongoing community operations.
Sales & marketing
A shared brand story, project presentation and coordinated route to residents, buyers and partners.
Clear expectations.
A shared sense of care.
The covenant framework addresses common spaces, design consistency, resident responsibilities, maintenance, community governance and dispute processes.
Templates are adapted with qualified local advisors and the project’s ownership / operating structure. They become binding only through the relevant signed local instruments.
Explore the partner framework ↗- ECOLive lighter: comfortable homes, efficient energy use and renewable solutions suited to the place
- BIOLive in balance: considered materials, daylight, daily movement and opportunities for shared growing spaces
- GREENLive closer to nature: green paths, water-conscious landscapes, biodiversity and spaces to gather outdoors
- CIRCULARZero-waste process ambition and up to 95% reusability target, with project-specific measurement boundaries
Reusability is not the same as achieved recycling. The material scope, method, recovery route and evidence must be defined before a percentage can be claimed for a project. Energy standards and any financing eligibility are assessed locally.
Thoughtful places.
A more natural rhythm.
